LMT Update

The Zoning Hearing Board Appeal for Cellco Partnership (Verizon Wireless-#23-1999) at 375 Stony Hill Road was continued until October 17, 2023, while the applicant investigates other options.

At the August 3rd Board of Supervisors Meeting there continued to be a lot of public comment on the issues around the flooding and stormwater management. They have scheduled an additional public meeting to discuss this on August 9th. 

The Board also passed a new Open-Space Ordinance, which requires a minimum of 25% open space in each residential district. You can read the entire ordinance here.
